Pokemon hard mode archive download

Seen February 28th, I've been playing this with the Rebalanced version the past few days, and it's been pretty fun! X and Y were pretty easy games, so having a harder version to play them again with is pretty nice! I think if I had to criticize something, though, the first gym might be a bit harsh for how early it is, with Viola's six Pokemon with great moves and items.

But that might just be my fault. Given I also put my Battle setting on Set, refuse to use items in battle, and completely forgot the first town's Farfetch'd trade, opting to catch my own Other than that though, it's been a pretty fun and challenging adventure so far!

Sorry to double post, but that apparently doesn't cause notifications to appear. So, I've got a suggestion for Hawlucha. In order to make good use of Acrobatics, Hawlucha cannot hold an item. This means that it sort of falls behind other members of my team, who can all hold Life Orbs and such. So, my suggestion is that you add type gems to a Pokemart somewhere. You COULD add all 16, but that's a lot of shop slots you'd need to find, and most type gems aren't that useful apart from Flying gems, which specifically synergize with Acrobatics.

Increased Gameplay Speed The download includes a "SpeedUpPatch" which can be applied to Renegade Platinum which adds a few things to speed up the normally sluggish gameplay in Platinum.

Move Modifications A number of useless or rarely seen moves have been replaced with moves from later generations. Item Modifications The locations of many items in the game have been shuffled around, allowing the player better access to them throughout the game. TMs are now effectively infinite, as explained in the quality of life changes. Documentation As you may have seen at the end of each section, there is documentation available in the form of text files for mostly every change that has been made in the game.
